BOTOX

Botox is a brand of wrinkle relaxer that diminishes and refines lines on the upper face. It works by providing temporary relaxation to the underlying muscles below the wrinkles.

Botox may also be used on the lower face to relax certain facial muscles for a more desirable appearance (e.g., de-bulking the lateral jaw or enhancing the upper lip). Facial muscles can be treated repeatedly to maintain the skin's smooth surface.

It is important to note that Forma should not be used as a weight loss tool. It is not a substitute for a healthy diet or exercise, however, this treatment can be used in conjunction with these things to achieve maximum results.
Treatments: Patients typically need at least 5 sessions to start seeing changes in their skin. The waiting period between treatments is minimal since there is no downtime.

The highly concentrated light from the laser is sent directly into the hair follicle, using heat to prevent further growth.
Treatments: 6-8 laser hair removal sessions are recommended for optimal results. Hair follicles develop in stages. As the immature follicle grows, it starts to move up to the skin's surface and becomes vulnerable to laser light. In short, the laser can eliminate only the visible follicles, which takes 6-8 cycles for a successful treatment.

IPL

Intense pulsed light therapy is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure. It uses an electronic device to deliver intense light pulses onto the skin.

This treatment can improve many skin conditions, including rosacea, acne, sun damage, pigmentation, broken capillaries, and other skin discoloration issues.
Treatments: IPL treatments are best spaced 3 weeks apart. For best results, we typically recommend a series of 4-5 sessions. Results begin to appear after 1-2 sessions.

PRP

Platelet-rich plasma (a.k.a. "PRP") is a substance created using your own blood to treat male and female pattern baldness. The process consists of drawing a vial of your blood, which is placed in a centrifuge.

The red blood cells are then separated from platelets and plasma in the centrifuge, resulting in PRP replete with proteins and growth factors. Once PRP is created, it is strategically injected into the areas of the scalp suffering from diminished hair growth.
PRP has also become widely known due to the increasingly popular "Vampire Facial." The growth factors in PRP work to stimulate many of the body's natural processes, such as elastin and collagen production, hair growth, and tissue repair.
Treatments: Multiple PRP sessions are required to achieve substantial hair regrowth. Most patients schedule 3 sessions to achieve desired results and return bi-annually to maintain the hair regrowth.
Downtime: PRP does not prevent you from doing most normal activities. The tenderness in your scalp will typically subside after 3 weeks.
